James C. Kennedy
Mr. Kennedy graduated from Yale University in Physics in 1963 and received a Masters Degree in Physics from the University of Washington in 1966. He has worked for The Boeing Company in nondestructive testing for 42 years, and is currently a Technical Fellow in the Material & Process Technology organization. His technical experience in nondestructive testing has involved the application of ultrasonics, eddy current and radiography to military and commercial aircraft and marine structures. Mr. Kennedy led development of inspection criteria and ultrasonic inspection systems for the 777 composite tail section. He has 9 nine patents in NDE many in the area of composite inspection. He is currently supporting ultrasonic composite inspection for the new Boeing 787 aircraft.
